Credit Bureau Services is committed to giving back to the many organizations that help us and our communities to be successful. As such, we take an active role in numerous key industry associations. Our participation provides us with up-to-date knowledge of the trends and issues facing businesses today. These associations help us stay current with legislative issues, as well as, solutions to new or growing concerns within the many industries that we service.

ACA International
ACA International is a trade organization of credit and collection professionals that provides a variety of accounts receivable management services to over one million credit grantors! Our collectors are certified on FDCPA through ACA's certification program.

ACA Healthcare Services Program (HSP)
HSP is a division of ACA that specializes in the healthcare industry. Their mission is to continually research healthcare trends and develop new programs for members to offer to healthcare providers.

Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA)
CDIA (formerly Associated Credit Bureaus) represents consumer information companies that provide credit and mortgage reports, fraud prevention and risk management, tenant and employment screening services, check fraud and verification services, and collection services. 

Internet & Check Services Program (ICSP)
ICSP represents third–party collectors, those who recover returned checks, and provide check verification and authorization services as well as parties who conduct electronic transactions and business on the Internet. Membership in ACA is required. ICSP helps members enhance their knowledge and keep abreast of the latest developments and technology in the industry.

Medical - Dental - Hospital Business Association (MDHBA)
MDHBA is a service association of select, quality, accounts receivable management companies working together to provide educational programs and quality services for its members and the healthcare industry. Our collectors are certified on healthcare collection through MDHBA.

National Credit Reporting Association (NCRA)
The National Credit Reporting Association is a national trade organization of consumer reporting agencies and associated professionals that provide products and services to hundreds of thousands of credit grantors, employers, landlords and all types of general businesses. Members must adhere to the guidelines established in the NCRA Code of Ethics. These guidelines enable our industry to operate only under the highest standards of integrity. Our collectors and office staff are certified on FCRA through NCRA.
